Figure 1 – Additional Lots Added to Development Site
The overall development layout remains broadly similar but is modified across the entire site to
incorporate the additional allotments. In general terms, Lot 1 added in the northwest corner of the
development contains additional independent living units and Lot 4 to the east contains only 6
independent living units but accommodates a relocated bowling green, stormwater detention
basin, caretaker’s residence, car parks and caravan/RV storage spaces.
A comparison of the approved and proposed layout plans is shown in Figure 1 below. Larger
scale plans are attached, with the current approved layout plan in Attachment 1 and the
proposal plans in Attachment 2. The proposed staging plan is Attachment 3.
