The key points to note with our proposed structure are:
 Total EFT last year was 345 and the total EFT this year is proposed as 352.17. It should be
   noted that for long term comparative purposes, we exclude the fixed term project positions (full
   details below)

 The draft organisational structure reflects
   (i) Outcomes of service reviews as adopted through the budget process; and
   (ii) Proposed positions identified through the new initiative process.

 There are no redundancies proposed in this budget but some vacant positions will be removed;
