GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 16 APRIL 2018 The appellant’s property adjoins 4 Rufous Street (state land described as Lot 75 Crown Plan MCH 839108) for which Council is trustee which is identified in the figures below. The purpose of the reserve is ‘Recreation’. This lot contains Di Hurst Oval, the Peregian Community Gardens, public parking, a Unitywater pump station and a newly upgraded pathway link from Rufous Street to David Low Way that runs adjacent the site between the Kindergarten and Peregian Beach Hotel through to David Low Way.
