5.5. ESTIMATED ANNUAL SITE PATRONAGE
Following from Tables 5 to 6; the overall annual estimated site patronage is shown in Table 7
(below). Whereby the Average Daily Mid-week and Peak Daily Weekend site patronage has been
scheduled to occur for 51 weeks of the year, and the Flagship Event Day patronage has been
modelled as occurring for 1 week (ie: 7 days) over the course of the year.

5.6. ANNUAL MAINS WATER USAGE & SEWER DISCHARGE
     WITH/WITHOUT RECYCLING COMPARED.
Table 8 combines much of the previous data and tables for the annual fresh water demand and
annual sewer discharge when NOT using a recycling system.
The subsequent calculations then combine this data with the effects of the on-site stormwater
harvesting to show a reduction in volume of the mains water that is needed. This Median (Decile
5) rainfall total of 1,458 mm/year has been taken from Figures 3 + 4. The Median (Decile 5)
rainfall total represents the annual median (decile 5 or 50th percentile, ie: 50%) total precipitation
that has occurred at the subject site over the past 27 year history. This Median (Decile 5) is the
preferred measure (over the arithmetic mean) of a typical rainfall from a metorological view
point- as it negates the potential of a skewed rainfall annual result due to one extreme rainfall
event.
