Dear Sirs,

Your application seeking the consent of Council to erect a multiple dwelling
containing three units on land described as Allotment 188, Section 23,

Noosa Parade, Hays Island, Parish of Weyba has been considered and a
recommendation has been made to Council that the application be approved
subject to the enclosed conditions and as varied below.

This letter is for your information but is not a consent permit which is is
subject to approval by the Council and is without prejudice to any omissions
and errors and subject to amendment by the Council.

Please note addendum to condition Ss

An amended plan showing the altered visitor's space to comply with
this requirement will be required.

Condition 7 F

Stormwater, including that from roofed and paved areas, to be disposed
of by underground means to Council's existing disposal facilities in
the adjacent kerb & channel.
