   Early works requirements have been introduced to the delivery methodology to compress the
   overall delivery program by enabling relocations to occur concurrently with the design
   development. Other benefits include reducing the risk of authority interfacing with the main
   contractor (such as Energex and UnityWater) and having the ability to deliver authority
   relocation using specialist contractor’s, reducing risk of program and cost.

   The project consists of the following stages with the current status noted:
