Learning and Development
To support our already highly technically competent staff and contractors, Council provides its
workforce with various learning and development opportunities. As outlined in the tables below,
training is focused on compliance, safety, operational and corporate to ensure the continued
maintenance and development of skills and knowledge for current positions. Throughout the year,
staff also attend ad hoc industry seminars and conferences to remain current in their area of
expertise.
