A review of the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning mapping has indicated that the subject sites are impacted by the following layers: Water Resources o Water Resource Planning Area Boundary Coastal Protection o Coastal Zone o Coastal Hazard Area Erosion Prone Area Medium Storm Tide Inundation Area High Storm Tide Inundation Area 49. In relation to the above-identified layers, a review of the development has been undertaken against Schedule 7 of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009, which has confirmed that the application is not required to be referred to SARA.
