5.0    Technical Review
5.1    Stormwater Management
As the development proposes no changes to built or hardstand areas, it is considered a
Stormwater Management Plan is not required. Further to this, there have been no
stormwater issues reported since the siting of the Sales Office or associated car parking.

5.2    Electricity and Telecommunications
The existing building, despite being temporary is sufficiently connected to all infrastructure
services including electricity, telecommunications, water, sewer and road. All infrastructure
will remain in place for the Doctors Practice.

5.3    Landscaping
The existing building features landscaping around the building, and at the entrance depicted
in the below figures (5 & 6).
