           3.2 Fill Batter

The fill batter, located along the north western edge of the platform was measured to have a height of
approximately 4.5m to 5m, and an average slope angle of approximately 36°. The fill batter had recently
   been ‘seeded’ to encourage vegetation.

The toe of the fill batter extended into a natural gully line which appeared to have a slope angle of
approximately 26°. The gully was typically well vegetated with trees and shrubs.

The following site photos were taken at the time of the investigation on the 4th of November 2021:

towards the fill batter with the tree lined gully batter – with the gully at the toe

           3.3 Site Drainage Channels

Drainage channels had been placed around the constructed platform. At the time of the investigation,
silt fence had been placed at either end of the batter and sediment collecting fibre rolls had also been
placed along the toe of the fill batter. It is understood these had been put in place as part of the erosion
   and sediment control plan.

Site photos 9 to 14 present the drainage channels and erosion and sediment control barriers observed
at the time of the investigation.
