    Cr Pardon declared a perceived conflict of interest in this matter (as defined in section 173 of the Local
    Government Act 2009) due to his interest in local markets. Cr Pardon left the room for debate and
    decision on this matter.
    That Council note the report by the Property Advisor to the Services & Organisation
    Committee Meeting dated 12 December 2017 and agree to adopt the Draft Noosaville
    Foreshore Land Use Master Plan with the following change - permit appropriate periodic
    markets to be held within the foreshore; and proceed to further community consultation, as
    detailed in the report.

    Government Act 2009) due to his interest in local markets. Cr Pardon left the room for debate and
    decision on this matter.
    That Council note the report by the Property Advisor to the Services & Organisation
    Committee Meeting dated 12 December 2017 and agree to adopt the Draft Noosaville
    Foreshore Land Use Master Plan with the removal of the word “one-off” in recommendation
    2, section 4.3.2, under Key Land Use Outcomes in relation to markets, and proceed to further
    community consultation, as detailed in the report.
