Hi Patrick,

Hope you’re well.

As previously discussed, I understand from speaking with Julianne (Planning) earlier this week, that a GIA Application does not specifically have a form to complete, so I am just to submit this email together with details of changes and proposed plans for your review and approval.

As previously discussed with you, the changes we have made to Building B are the result of 2 factors:


  *   QFES requirements to relocate Hydrants to within Building B, (protecting each building); and
  *   Demand for certain size units (affecting our internal configuration)

Summary of changes made to original approved plans (MCU 16/0140 & OPW 17/0196) are:


  1.  We have increased the number of fire hydrants in Building B and have relocated these (as per QFES requirement).  QFES have approved these plans (refer attached QFES Approval);
  2.  Change to internal configuration to better reflect the demand within our business;
  3.  As a result of the above changes we have altered roller door and window locations.  We also have created an additional 2 car park spaces/undercover storage (9 & 10).

The external and internal aesthetics, building height, footprint and GFA all remain unchanged, and as per original approved plans.

Please see attached our Amended architectural plans for your review (and ORIGINAL approved plans). I also attach QFES Approval and NSC Plumbing Permit for Building B FYI.

In order to have this building completed by Christmas, I am aiming to commence ASAP in August.  If you can please advise if there is any further information you require would be much appreciated.
