3 SITE TOPOGRAPHY AND EXISTING DRAINAGE
Refer to Appendix B for the survey plans provided by John Dawson Surveys Pty Ltd dated 10th September 2015,
which shows the existing condition of the site. The development site has existing surface levels approximately
between RL 9.33 and 12.20 m AHD. The development site has only one catchment of varying slope. The site
generally falls from the North-East to the South-West. The legal point of discharge are gully pits located on
Eumundi Noosa Road and Walter Hay Drive.
Currently the majority of the site does not discharge to a lawful point of discharge, most of the stormwater runoff
flows unmitigated to Eumundi Noosa Road and Walter Hay Drive. Refer to Appendix D for the pre-development
catchment plan scenario. The existing catchment boundary has been maintained in the post development
scenario but the stormwater runoff conveyed, mitigated and discharged to the legal point of discharge. Refer to
Appendix E for a Conceptual Stormwater Management Plan for the proposed development.
