 2.1        Site Description
 The site, adjacent to Hoffman Drive Noosaville and has a single frontage.

2.2         Site Constraints
The site has very few site constraints from the point of view of surrounding road networks and
neighbors however there are a few internal constraints that will need to be considered.

       There is a shared access road to the front of the site which is being reconfigured during the
        building process. Consultation and coordination with surrounding stakeholders will be
        required.
       Power supply upgrades will be a requirement for the site and will involve some works by
        Energex outside the boundaries of the site and additional works within the site.
       There is an existing building on the Southern Boundary which will require protection and
        supervision during the construction phase.
       There is a vacant lot to the Southern Boundary. Any access to this site shall be approved by
        the landowners prior to any access or use.
