Risk management process comprises of a number of actions which identify, evaluate and control the chance of something happening that
will have an impact on an objective (i.e., zero incidents).
Risk management process comprises:
            1.   Identification of the Risk
            2.   Analysis of the Risk
            3.   Evaluation of the Risk
            4.   Treatment of the Risk
            5.   Monitor and review of control measures for the Risk
Where construction activities require an evaluation of risk, the Risk Tables on the following pages will be used:
