PROJECT                   The project, has been designed and will be built in accordance with the approved

CONSTRUCTION              •     Establishment of a construction compound in a designated area (Refer to the Site Map).
OVERVIEW                        Establishment of a construction compound in a designated area on the street verge.
                          •     Establishment of erosion and sediment controls.
                          •     Construction of any temporary crossovers into the construction compound to permit personnel
                                and delivery access and aggress from the works area.
                          •     Civil works (including completion of bulk and detailed excavation) to prepare the works area for
                                building construction.
                          •     Installation of in-ground services.
                          •     Construction of the new building.
                          •     Landscaping.
                          •     Construct of a new roadworks adjacent to the site (kerb and asphalt)
                          •     Concrete driveway
                          •     Site demobilisation




RESPONSIBILITY


On site management of the requirements of the CMP and any associated requirements, remains the
responsibility of the Site Manager and the HSEQ Adviser.
Detailed information regarding the contents of the CMP and associated documentation, Procedures, SOP’s
etc must be provide to subcontractors during Site Induction and prior to their commencement of work on the
project.
