                          Formal     On a nominated basis, the HSEQ Advisor will conduct a site audit. A
                                     copy of the audit report will be provided to the Site Manager and/or for
                                     review and action.

NON-         All personnel employed on this project are responsible for reporting any environmental and
COMPLIANCE   environmental non-conformances.

               Project Manager       •     Will evaluate and resolve (with client concurrence where required)
                                           the rectification of any non-conforming construction work or
                                           materials.

                          Site       •     Will evaluate and rectify non-conformance in the absence of the
                Manager/HSEQ               Project Manager, but subject to review by the Project Manager.
                      Adviser
                                     •     Cease and/or restrict further work until the non-conformance has
                                           been rectified.
                                     •     Verify rectification methods chosen for their success or otherwise.
                                     •     Detect and rectify minor and major non-conformances.
                                     •     Assistance with Accident and incident investigation

                                               Minor non-    May be identified as being considered a potential
                                             conformance     hazard or environmental issue if not rectified

                                               Major non-    May be identified as being something that creates
                                             conformance     a environmental or environmental hazard
                                                             Where works have been ceased for an
                                                             environmental issue, incident, or accident the Site
                                                             Manager and/or Project Manager shall complete
                                                             an incident investigation and notify the relevant
                                                             Authorities.

                                         Corrective Action   Corrective action must be taken promptly to
                                                             prevent recurrence of any problems and may be
                                                             initiated by any of the following:
                                                             •    Non-conformance Reports and Audit Reports
                                                             •    Hazard Notification
                                                             •    Customer/Client Complaints
                                                             •    Observation and Environmental Inspection/s
