2. PROJECT OVERVIEW
2.1 PROJECT BACKGROUND
The proposed works are located at 65-67 Elanda St, Sunshine Beach, QLD 4567.
Elanda St is a category 1 residential (AGTTM V1.1 Pt8 Section2) road connecting Culgoa St and Pacific Ave crossing over
Ferguson St.

The scope of works involves construction of a residential accommodation block containing 4 multi-storey apartments, the scope
also covers all supporting infrastructure, landscaping for paths driveways and road surface correction immediately in front of
the premises.

The works also include the modification and reinstatement of any existing network elements in order to facilitate the works. All
site is located next to a 2-way road with mid to low pedestrian traffic. There is no bus routes through the site, however stops
317890 and 302191 are located on Pacific Ave, And are not expected to be impacted by the scope of works.
