5. Summary
The 2021/2022 capital works program commitments total $19m. Large volumes of design and
delivery activities continue to be undertaken in support of the capital works program which includes
unprecedented amounts of grant funding and flood/disaster impacts. The Infrastructure Services
Department has been unsuccessful in filling the Contracts and Project Superintendent position
which continues to impact the delivery of multiple major projects.
