Preliminary Considerations
An opportunity exists in that the Discovery Group has entered into a heads of agreement with the current lease holder
of the Elanda Pt Education and Adventure Park to purchase and transfer the existing lease to the Discovery Group. The
Discovery Group is now undertaking a period of due diligence prior to finalization of any purchase and transfer.
Information is being sought from relevant State Government Agencies in regards to a range of matters associated with
the Elanda Point Education Centre & Adventure Park and opportunities to undertake improvements, refurbishments,
additional structures and eco-tourism experiences.
