7.1   UPDATE TO INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGES RESOLUTION

      That Council note the report by the Infrastructure Assessment Coordinator to the Planning &
      Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 August 2025 and adopt the “Noosa Shire Council
      Charges Resolution (No.9) 2025” provided as Attachment 2 to the report and take effect on
      21 August 2025 replacing the previous “Noosa Shire Council Charges Resolution (No.8)
      2024”.

      OPERATIONAL REVIEW 2024/2025

      That Council note the report by the Coordinator Short Stay to the Planning &
      Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 August 2025 and
         A. Note the 2024/2025 Operational review of the Local Law has been completed.
         B. Agree to implement the actions identified within section 5 of this report in accordance
            with the timeline detailed within Attachment 2.
         C. Acknowledge and thank the stakeholders for their time and valuable feedback.
