                       Under Part C of ShapingSEQ, further description is provided for the Northern Sub-region
                       in which the NBC is located.

                       This section highlights the features of the Noosa region that make it an attractive location
                       to live, work and visit, including its coastal beach towns and historic inland communities.
                       In this context, development is to be consolidated, where possible, making use of existing
                       economic infrastructure around major urban centres, with development to occur in
                       regional activity centres consistent with regional strategies.
