8.2      Assessment Against Noosa Plan 2020 Bushfire Overlay Code
Compliance with the NP2020 Bushfire overlay code has been assessed against the relevant performance and acceptable
outcomes. Table M provides a detailed compliance assessment, demonstrating how the proposed development aligns with the
code’s requirements to manage bushfire risk effectively.
