Essence of Peregian
215-219 David Low Way, Peregian Beach
Project No. 007-160A,
27 April 2010

       2.2 Site Description

At the time of the current investigation the site was developed as a caravan park. A one and two storey
Manager’s Residence/Office and a single storey Amenities Block were located on the eastern side of the
site, with the remainder of the site comprising caravan parking areas, surrounded by grassed areas with
medium to tall trees and a gravel and partly paved ‘ring-road’ around the site. Ground surface levels
reduced non-uniformly across the site from east to west from a high at David Low Way of approximately
RL10m to a low along the western boundary of approximately RL2.5m. Three general views of the site are
given in Photographs 1 to 3.
