Appendix F provides a context plan for the greater locality illustrating how corridors within the site tie into
the broader corridor network including crossings of Walter Hay Drive. The plan illustrates that corridors are
provided to key crossing points of Walter Hay Drive and corridors of dimensions wider than those provided
in nearby developments.
The proposed development has been designed to avoid adverse impacts on koalas and koala habitat and
will avoid adverse impacts on potential koala habitat by meeting O7.

(O7a) avoids adverse impacts on koalas and potential koala habitat by way of the conditions
described above.
(O7b) provides measures to assist the survival of koala populations in the area to mitigate any
potential threats or risks to koalas by way of the conditions described above.
