No, I don't. Well, the motion for those listening is that we note the report and we approve the lease renewal to Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group, limited for shop 5, Sunrise Beach, for three consecutive years. They're the existing leaseholder. That's the liquor shop. Thank you very much for the report. It's important we have continuity there. They're a good tenant. They drive business to the shops and I'm hoping I can understand why you've recommended that.
Karen Finzel9:26
Right, Karen, we're good to go. Good to go. Good afternoon and welcome back. Thank you everyone for patience. The technical issues have been resolved and we're all back online. For clarity, due to the suspension, due to the technical issues, we're taking 5.1.1 back for the vote after we reopen the meeting. Via the vote. Madam Chair, I'm happy to move that we reopen the meeting. Councillor Wilkie, do I have a seconder? Thank you, Councillor Phillips. All in favour? Thank you, that's unanimous. Nicola? Yes. That's a yes from Councillor Wilson. Thank you. So, we take. So we're taking it back to the vote on item 5.1, Sunrise Shops, 5, lease renewal. All in favour? Yes. Yeah, so. Do you would like to speak to the motion?
