That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Services & Organisation Committee Meeting dated 12 November 2024 and
A. Approve the Council Meeting schedule for January-December 2025 as set out in Attachment 1 to the Report; and
B. Note Council's commitment to community engagement, and in particular holding Ordinary Meetings in the community. Times and venue of ordinary meetings may be changed by council resolution in order to
facilitate this.
