Brian Stockwell0:02So welcome to the October General Committee Meeting. I note that all Councillors are present and that we have a relevant staff and a fair sized gallery to witness today's meeting. We start with acknowledgment of country and I thought it might be appropriate the month after we adopted the Kabi Kabi Commitment to just invoke that. It suggests together we can be custodians of our collective home and transform it into one that is enduring, one that nurtures and one that sustains nature. So now that it can sustain our children indefinitely. It's a great thing to always think about when we're making decisions and it's also I thought might be appropriate to have a look at the one of the development sites we've been going to look at today in terms of settlers cove and how that development and that developer gave 20 hectares of land previously to a conservation park to sustain it for future generations it's and always good to that arrangements always good to acknowledge that there are a range of ways to contribute and sustainable development is one of them. Okay, I move on then to the confirmation of minutes. Do we have someone who wishes to move? Happy to move. That's moved. Councillor Lorentson. And a seconder? Councillor Wilkie I presume there's no discussion. All those in favour? That is passed. There's no presentations, but we do have a deputation. So if the deputies would like to stand up to the lectern and it's to in regard to just get the details regard to this plan pros Amendment No. 2 in regard to the entertainment activities in the Noosa Junction and it's a deputation by Peter Thomas Stuehrenberg and siriluk moonthiya. Muncia.
