That Council note the report by the Senior Conservation Partnerships Officer to the Planning and Environment Committee dated February 11 2025 and authorise the CEO to:
A. Commence negotiations with the owners or their agent regarding purchase of the property as detailed in the report;
B. If purchased by Council, place a Nature Refuge over the property; and
C. Manage the property to maintain/enhance its environmental values.
