Thank you, Councillor Wilson. Councillor Lorentson. I have A question to staff. Who funds Tourism Noosa? Which rateable properties actually pay for the funding for Tourism Noosa?
Through the Chair, there is a differential rate applied to commercial properties. That was done in 2021, I think. There was a change. And that funding, a portion of that funding that Council receives is then directed to fund Tourism Noosa.
For clarity, I need the rateable properties in commercial, industrial, short-term accommodation, they're paying extra. That money used to be collected as part of the Tourism and Economic Levy. They're still paying that amount, but it's coll
