So we'll go straight to item 7, Reports for consideration of the Committee meeting and item 7.1, application for a minor change to a development approval for Material Change of Use. DBW 23 and DBW 23 slash.02 building work demolition at 118 Poinciana Avenue and 26 Diyan Street, Tewantin. To before Tewantin study, there has been a request to move this matter to the General Committee. I understand there will be some amendments and some discussion over the report.
