B. Approve Cr Wegener's international representation at the conference; and
C. Note that the costs for the trip will be covered personally by Cr Wegener.

Well in a roundabout way yes he is because he's the appointed Director on the MBRF. NBRF, yes. It's Council policy to approve Council's- congestion travel. That's right, that's the other piece too. It is our policy to approve international travel and that's what he's doing even though it's under his own state but because he's going to a conference and there's this tie-in, we're just bringing it for absolute transparency.
