PAT SPICER · Question 1
As the 24/25 financial year is now history, for what was the $3.3 million allocated in the 24/25 Noosa Council Budget for 62/64 Lake Macdonald Drive project?
Response from Kim Rawlings, Director Strategy & Environment
The allocated $3.3 million was a high level initial construction cost estimate to allow the project to proceed to the next stages. The project was delayed to enable further community consultation resulting in design changes which deferred construction until the 2025/26 financial year.
