Development for the proposed Transit hub at at the Noosa
Business Centre that adjoins the Village Mixed Use precinct
in the Major Centre Zone:
(a)   is designed to interface with the adjoining development
      in the Village Mixed use precinct to provide for
      convenient, safe accessibility and connectivity between
      the sites; and
(b)   pedestrian connections should be designed to provide
      for a high amenity and include opportunities for
      activation and passive surveillance.
