The two dams located in the north-west and south-east corners of the site have retention capacity
with a concrete spillway acting as a controlled overflow to the south east dam. Both of these
dams also have concrete structures at the inlets and ramp structures which have been used in the

past for the collection and removal of sediment.
The site is not prone to flooding.

A Stormwater Drainage Assessment Report prepared by LSA has been submitted with this
application and details specific quantity and quality matters relevant to the site and immediate

surrounds.
VEGETATION

General Description

A vegetation assessment was undertaken in this area to establish a systematic understanding of

the vegetation values of the site by building on existing information and gaining site-specific

data. The survey focussed on the nature and distribution of vegetation communities located on

the property, with a list of observed species compiled and an assessment made as to the

conservation significance of each species and the community. In particular, the vegetation field

survey focussed on the following:

> Determining the presence of any species or communities of high conservation value or those
listed as rare, threatened or endangered under the Nature Conservation (Wildlife) Regulation
1994 (NCWR 1994) or Environment Protection & Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
(EPBC Act 1999);

> The presence of other noteworthy species such as those at the extent of their geographical
range; and

> The presence of specific areas of significance for structural, species diversity or critical

habitat values.
