Figure 5: Characteristics of subject site and location of proposed facility The proposed facility comprises a 10 m x 12 m lease area (nbn™ compound) to be located within close proximity of the rear property boundary. Access to the proposed facility location will be provided via the existing property access off Jirrima Crescent, and via a proposed extension to the proposed compound area (total approximately 370 m in length). An existing culvert located near the centre of the subject property is proposed to be replaced, triggering referral for constructing or raising waterway barrier works, in accordance with Schedule 7, Table 2, Item 29 of the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009 (SP Reg). The culvert is required to be replaced to allow for safe access to and from the proposed compound area. Minor vegetation clearing will be required for access through the subject property, as well as associated with the culvert replacement (refer to Figures 11 and 12 on Pages 23 and 24). Page 19
