Brian Stockwell0:00We sit here on Kabi Kabi country where for many thousands of years Kabi Kabi looked after this place and it's part of our role to keep doing that on their behalf and we acknowledge the role of elders past, present and the future for are for caring for country have do an apology so in attendance we have Councillor Wilson, Councillor Wegener, Councillor Lorentson, Councillor finston, Finzel. Cllr Phillips and the Mayor has given his apology as he is officiating at a world environment day function which have state government representatives. We move on to item 4 which is the confirmation of the General Committee Meeting minutes of May 2026. I think Councillor Phillips was the mover and Councillor Wegener was the seconder. Do we have any discussion? I put the motion. All those in favour? That's carried unanimously. We have no presentations nor do we have deputations so we move on to section 7 and item 1 in that section is the Peregian Beach active street stage 1 progress update and next steps which was deferred from the Ordinary Meeting dated 19th of March 2026. Item 12.2 if we can invite the relevant staff to the table.
