That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the Planning and Environment Committee Meeting dated 12 November 2024 regarding Planning & Environment Court Appeal 2611 of 2024 and agree to defend the appeal.

6.1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS DECIDED BY DELEGATED AUTHORITY - SEPTEMBER 2024
That Council note the report by the Development Assessment Manager to the Planning & Environment Committee Meeting 12 November 2024 regarding applications that have been decided by delegated authority for September 2024 as per Attachment 1 to the Report.
