Certainly. Good morning Councillors. For our final report this round, we have 28 decisions that were issued under delegated authority for the month of February. There are a range of applications from minor extensions to houses in the riparian zone, non-compliance with houses slightly over height by 0.095, we've got extensions to industrial buildings. One, reconfiguration of a lot and some other various changes in operational works, 28 were considered, 27 were approved and one was refused. That's
