A. Approve the change.
B. Amend conditions 2, 4, 43 and 52 as outlined in Attachment 1
C. Delete conditions 40, 46, 47, 48 and 49.
D. Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act 2016.
