A. Approve the change.
B. Amend conditions 1, 12 & 13 as outlined in Attachment 1 - proposed amended conditions.
C. Include additional conditions as outlined in Attachment 1 - proposed amended conditions.
D. Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act 2016.
