Yes, I can. Good morning, everyone. This is an application for a Material Change of Use for. A relocatable home park for community and affordable housing located at 55 and 70 Carpenters Road. The proposed dwellings, 32 of them are proposed to located on 55 Carpenters Road, and they range with a mix of one and two bedroom units, and they're proposed to be used for a range of accommodation for essential key workers, domestic violence, single women, etc. Lot number 70 Carpenters Road is also part of the application, and it's an irregular shape located to the north, and it's been referenced as part of the application as it's the access handle to this site with an easement over it. Has significantly conflicts with the Noosa Plan 2020 and some basic planning principles. It's not well connected to the urban township of Cooroy
