I recommend everybody walk down there and walk the premises because, you know, it's a very, very important part of Noosa, that corner there. You know, so many people enjoy it. Not just tourist residents. I'm out there a lot. My week, my best part of my week is going to Massimo's and getting an ice cream. It's really good. So that's all. I take this very seriously. So I'd like to move this to the General Committee for further consideration. Unanimous. Okay, thank you very much, Patrick. Thank you, Richard. Thank you, guys. We delegations, 6.1 planning applications decided by delegated authority December 2023. Thank Patrick.
