In accordance with Chapter 5B of the Local Government Act 2009 - I  inform the meeting that I have a prescribed conflict of interest in relation to Item 9.1 - CONFIDENTIAL – NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE – PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COURT APPEAL NO. 3746 of 2023 – APPLICATION FOR SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION (15 ECO CABINS)  AT 94 & 142 NOOSA DRIVE, NOOSA HEADS on this agenda because RACV is a sponsor of the Noosa Lions Football Club which I am currently the president of. As a result of my conflict of interest, I will now leave the meeting room while the matter is considered and voted on.
Cr Stockwell left the meeting.

While the matter is considered and voted on, in Standing Orders, I have got it wrong a couple of times, I pass that over to the CEO and it is up to the committee to appoint a Chair.
